Yoga

Alicia began practicing Yoga in college as a part of a newly-found healthier lifestyle. When she started to regularly attend classes at a local Cleveland studio in 2010, she found her Yoga home that provided not only an activity that would help provide physical health benefits; but, one that would help to improve her emotional health, as well. Alicia’s classes provide her students with a well-rounded, complete practice while sharing concepts that can be applied during a yoga class or in the world outside. As a student of Laura LaRosa at the Nishkama Yoga School of Yoga, Alicia completed her 200/300-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in December 2012.
