Alicia began dabbling in yoga in college as a part of a newly found healthy lifestyle and weight loss journey. As a theater major at Baldwin-Wallace College, she gravitated toward vinyasa yoga and how it allowed her to find another way to express her creativity.

Alicia completed her 200-hour teacher training certification at Nishkama Yoga in 2012. Her classes provide a well-rounded, complete practice while sharing concepts that can be applied during a yoga class or in the world outside. She has the tendencies to speak in hashtags, to play John Mayer slow jams and to offer plenty of variations.

She is honored to continue her path as a teacher under the guidance of Sandy Gross as a part of the staff at Evolution Yoga School & Practice Space on Cleveland’s East side.  Alicia recently enrolled in the ParaYoga Master Training Program and is excited to expand upon her yoga education with Rod Stryker.
