GIVEAWAY: Goldfish Swim School & National Water Safety Awareness Month

Looking back to times past, my Saturday mornings used to be spent in either the hot yoga studio or the group fitness class room — oh how I refused to miss a Saturday kickboxing class for a good three years span back almost a decade ago! But nowadays, I’ve found myself in another activity, this one with our littlest family member. As of this April, Hans and I been taking swim lessons with our baby Brenna at Goldfish Swim School.

I have SO MANY great things to say about our experience at the Fairview Park location, so stay tuned for my full report on our first two months of classes on the blog later this month. A teaser? It’s quickly become my favorite part of our week. Plus Brenna’s catching on fast and is already quite the (assisted) swimmer already!

In the meantime, my friends at Goldfish Swim School want you to know that the month of May is National Water Safety Awareness Month.  DID YOU KNOW that the American Red Cross says that the #1 thing you can do to make sure your kids are safer around water is to enroll them in swim lessons? For us here in Northeast Ohio, Goldfish gives us plenty of opportunities to provide that training and those skills to our children.
