Clevelanders, it’s time to get ready for the 2013 Great Big Home + Garden Show taking place February 2 – 10 at the IX Center.
In its fourth year, the Great Big Home + Garden Show will feature more than 650 exhibitors, new improvement features, celebrities, familiar features and returning favorites from the previous shows.
Wondering which home improvement experts and celebrity guests will appear?…
- Professional Organizer Peter Walsh from the hit TLC show “Clean Sweep”
- Matt Fish, owner and chef of Melt Bar and Grilled
- “Top Chef” participant and Ohio-native Chris Crary
- and Matt Fox, co-host of HGTV’s “Room by Room” and host and producer of “Around the House with Matt and Shari.”

Other event highlights include:
- Daily themed cooking demonstrations taking place on the Loretta Paganini Cooking Stage.
- U.S. landmark-themed Showcase Gardens created by Northeast Ohio’s top landscapers.
- A 4,000-square-foot Idea Home, and the 2,000-square-foot Dream Basement.
- The Petitti Gardening Stage, featuring daily gardening seminars held by Northeast Ohio landscape experts.
- The “Product Runway” fashion show on Saturday, February 2.

We just built a new house so we want to see everything! But I am very interested in Petitti’s because we need to plan our landscaping. I’m also doing built-ins, crowne moulding, board and batten treatments, furniture makovers, and trying to design and build the kitchen island of my dreams. Along with about a hundred other projects. I’ll be excited to see everything they have!
