    I’m attempting the FMSphotoaday thing, too! Although so far have missed two days… oops. I”m going to try to come to the OBA meetup! I keep wanting to make it to one and this one might work out… Yay!

    Loved the link about the benefits of yoga for runners! The bad weather\icy sidewalks and a really painful back injury kept me from running, so my wife and I broke out some yoga DVDs that she got for Christmas and have been doing yoga pretty steadily so far this year. It really helped speed up my back recovery, and it made a difference in my running too–the first mile of my runs so far in 2013 haven’t felt awful like they usually did last year.
